Hello! I’m so glad you’re here.

Time management is a constant battle; you either procrastinate or lose track of time, missing important deadlines.

Intense feelings come and go, causing quickly changing moods, and difficulty tolerating even minor frustrations.

Your brain feels scattered, quickly moving from one idea to the next, and maybe your physical space feels cluttered, too.

You feel like you’re underachieving, despite your potential and a lot of effort. You often feel misunderstood and out-of-place.

Have you been feeling overwhelmed by your to-do list, not knowing where to start, or maybe struggling to write one at all?

You’re in awe as others around you seem to juggle the demands of life so effortlessly, while you’re left feeling paralyzed by all there is to do.

You are not alone.

I’m Erin Morgan, and what I’ve described above are common ADHD struggles. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 7+ years of experience helping adults navigate ADHD and associated anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and stress. I’m licensed to practice in Colorado, Georgia, and Wyoming. I have a deep passion for my fellow ADHD adults, whether you’ve received a later-in-life diagnosis, were diagnosed as a kid, or are questioning whether you might be an ADHDer. I am ADHD myself and have the lived experience to truly understand how hard it can be sometimes.

In addition to supporting ADHDer’s, I also have experience working with people who are navigating the complexities that often come along with being AuDHD (autistic + ADHD), a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), on the asexual spectrum, and/or childfree-by-choice. Whatever brought you here, I hope to provide you a safe space to explore the difficult aspects of being human and learn ways to lead a more meaningful, fulfilling life.

How can therapy help?

I had a therapist of my own once tell me that life can feel like we’re stumbling around in a dark room, trying so hard to find the light switch (and also trying not to step on Lego pieces). Okay…my former therapist didn’t say anything about Legos. I added that piece (ha! see what I did there?).

Therapy is like having someone with a flashlight join you in that dark room. Together, you start to learn the layout of the room, and while you still might stumble or bump into things, you can start to make more conscious and mindful decisions about how you want to move forward.

Benefits of therapy can include:

  • Letting go of self-doubt

  • Learning how to set boundaries and develop more authentic relationships

  • Developing strategies and systems to work with your neurodivergent brain

  • Developing skills to help regulate your nervous system

  • Identifying and honoring sensory preferences and needs

  • Increasing self-awareness and self-compassion to help you let go of patterns that are no longer serving you
